What is laminating film?
Laminating film is a thin film made of plastic material, usually used to encapsulate documents or pictures between two layers of transparent film. Laminating film has different thicknesses and sizes, which can be selected according to needs. Its main function is to provide protection from moisture, wear or stains to documents, while enhancing the durability and appearance of documents.
Correct use?
Choose the right laminating film：Make sure to choose a laminating film that matches the size and thickness of the document.
Prepare the work area：Laminating on a clean and flat workbench to avoid dust or debris from entering the laminating film.
Cut the laminating film：Cut the appropriate size according to the size of the document. Leave some excess edges to ensure the sealing effect.
Clean the document：Before placing the document in the laminating film, make sure the surface of the document is clean and dust-free.
Place the document：Place the document flat on a layer of laminating film, making sure the document is completely flat without folds or twists.
Seal the document：Use the preheating function of the laminator and follow the instructions.
Laminating with the laminator：Put the prepared document and laminating film into the feed port of the laminator. Make sure the document is flat in the feed port and avoid tilting. Start the laminator and wait for the laminating process to complete.
Cooling and inspection：After laminating, remove the document and let it cool on a flat surface. Check the edges and surface of the document to make sure there are no bubbles, wrinkles or leaks. If any problems are found, you can re-laminate.
